The Wolf's Den

Lycanthropy

Okay so this was going to be a "lycanthropy education center" but as we've grown we've decided this is going to be a lycobsession page instead, so... ahh go stupid ahh go crazy!1!!!

We once found this wolf game on the app store a few years back, it had a black wolf on the cover image, and it was such a good wolf game... well okay, maybe not that great, the controls were terrible, but it was fun. You played as a black wolf and basically attacked people. It was a medieval setting. It made us shifty and brought my partner out more than anything else at the time. If anybody knows the game I'm talking about, that's the kind of game you want if you want to feel like a werewolf.

This isn't the actual game (at least I don't think) but same wolf model. I miss him

Meat Chart

While prowling around for prey we've realized that (somewhat unsavorily) we've eaten enough meats to be able to report on their taste. Here's a meat journal, as we taste new meats we'll fill it out.

Chicken
Turkey
Beef
Tastes like chicken. And what does chicken taste like, you might ask? Basic, like a chewy yet savory piece of mushroom or roasted kale. Like a slighly wilder chicken. There's no gaminess, but almost like a rawness to it? Freshness, I should say. Tastes like a fresh chicken. Tastes like a mammal. If you've had chicken, tastes like that except heavier and more meaty.
Pork
Bison
Lamb
Pork is a sweeter meat than beef. It's savory with a hint of sweetness. Gamier than beef, with an almost candy sweet undertone. This is also allegedly how human tastes? Gamey and heavy in taste; goes well with rosemary. This is a fattier meat than bison or beef.
Venison
Goat
Alligator
A gamey meat that is full of muscle protein. Tastes "dark", for lack of a better word, and grassy. Musky. Tastes like a goat, or what I imagine a human would taste like. Tastes like a fishy chicken. There's enough chicken flavor there to make you aware you're not eating a fish, but still enough freshness there to make you realize you're eating a swamp animal.
